The Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation wishes to thank the hundreds of community members, businesses and corporations that have donated to the Paediatrics re-development at PGRH. The plan to renovate and up-date the current ward has been on going for many years and we are pleased to inform you that the renovation has become a reality.
The community support has included several years of the Shriners/CKPG Telethon, the Whole New Ward campaign and most recently the Maternal-Child Centre of Excellence campaign.
We would like to show our donor community what their support has accomplished. The Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation will be hosting several public “Thank You” tours of the Paediatric Ward on Saturday November 25, 2006.
The tours are scheduled at Noon, 1:00pm, 2:00pm and 3:00pm this Saturday. We ask that anyone wishing to view the ward meet in the main foyer of PGRH, on the hour, and we will escort you to the new area.
Thank you to our donors and supporters in Prince George and the referral area of PGRH. The PGRH Maternal-Child Centre of Excellence is becoming a reality through individual and business donations to the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation, capital dollars from the Government of British Columbia through Northern Health, and local tax dollars from the Fraser Fort George Regional Hospital District.
